Education comes first
Before talking about plans, we talk about how Medicare works. Decisions are easier once the process makes sense.

About
Education First. Guidance Every Step of the Way.
I'm Veronica Brannon, a licensed insurance broker based in Spokane, Washington.
I've been working in the Medicare market since the mid-2000s, helping individuals understand Medicare and navigate their coverage options.
My approach has always started with education.
When you're approaching Medicare eligibility, you may receive information from numerous insurance companies and agents. It can quickly become difficult to determine what applies to you and what doesn't.
That's why I focus on helping you understand the process first. I'll listen to your situation, answer your questions, explain your options, and help you navigate the next steps.
Every conversation looks a little different, but the approach stays the same.
Before talking about plans, we talk about how Medicare works. Decisions are easier once the process makes sense.
Your doctors, medications, employment, and existing coverage shape what's relevant to you.
You should feel free to ask questions, take notes, and think it over before deciding anything.
Questions come up after enrollment too. You're welcome to reach out when they do.

Veterans and military retirees make up an important part of the people we work with, particularly those trying to understand how Medicare coordinates with TRICARE for Life or VA healthcare.
